在用热解吸毛细管气相色谱法分析室内空气或者环境空气中的苯和TVOC时，普遍使用tenax采样管。tenax采样管是一种内填tenax吸附剂的玻璃管或内壁光滑的不锈钢管，采样前必须对采样管和吸附剂进行活化处理，尽可能降低采样管空白。GB/T18883-2002中要求“使干扰减到小”；GB50325-2010中要求“使用前应通氮气加热活化，活化温度应高于热解吸温度，活化时间不少于30min，活化无杂质峰”；DBJ01-91-2004附录E中明确要求“新tenax管使用前要活化16h，再次使用的，要活化到色谱图中干扰峰不大于样品峰面积的10％以上”。针对上述要求，现有技术中通常采用活化仪或老化仪对采样管活化处理，其基本原理都是在300℃～330℃的高温下使采样管中的残留物气化，再用一定量的惰性气流(0.1L/min以上氮气或氦气)将残留物吹扫出去，从而降低采样管空白。

Tenax sampling tubes are commonly used in the ysis of benzene and TVOC in indoor or ambient air by thermal desorption capillary gas chromatography. The tenax sampling tube is a glass tube or stainless steel tube with a ooth inner wall filled with tenax adsorbent. Before sampling, the sampling tube and adsorbent must be activated to reduce the blank of the sampling tube as much as possible. GB/T18883-2002 requires "minimize interference"; GB50325-2010 requires "Before use, nitrogen should be heated for activation, the activation temperature should be higher than the thermal desorption temperature, the activation time should not be less than 30min, and the activation should be free of impurities. Peak"; Appendix E of DBJ01-91-2004 clearly requires that "the new tenax tube should be activated for 16 hours before use, and if it is used again, it should be activated until the interference peak in the chromatogram is not more than 10% of the sample peak area". In view of the above requirements, in the prior art, an activation instrument or an aging instrument is usually used to activate the sampling tube. Inert gas flow (nitrogen or helium above 0.1L/min) purges the residue, thereby reducing the blank of the sampling tube.
